

You need to change your perspective to focus on the positive. The Law of Attraction as explored in the film "The Secret" looks at this. I prefer to re-frame the Law of Attraction to "What You Focus On is What You Get, at the Exclusion of Everything Else."
Let's consider relationships for a moment. I'm sure you know a person that keeps attracting negative & unresourceful intimate partners into their life. This is due to their internal thoughts & what they are focusing on. For example a woman may perceive men in general as bad people, selfish, arrogant & the list goes on. That's because the woman is tuned into - relationships suck FM. What sort of men do you think she is attracting into her life? That's right, men that are selfish, arrogant & don't honour her. This can become an ongoing pattern in her life. What if she changed her thoughts to there are great men out there who are compassionate, loving, strong, sensitive & honourable? That's right, she would attract those men into her life.
The quickest way to do this is to raise your vibration to change your perspective so you feel an improvement. Focusing positively is the best way to increase your frequency. Be mindful here - if you are using positive focus to escape a negative emotional state - positive focus becomes the mode of resistance.
Ensure you have resourceful reference points of friends / family members in positive & beautiful relationships. Don't focus on the people that don't have what you are seeking.
To attract your outcome e.g. a new intimate relationship go as far forward as possible with the visualisation for example 12 months into the future noticing the feelings you're experiencing in the relationship, seeing yourself in an intimate relationship (what does the person look like), notice if you have a home together, pets or children and the thoughts you're telling yourself. Add insignificant details e.g. how your furniture is arranged in your home together, the detail of the plants at the front of your home. Do this for 5 mins everyday until it becomes a reality.
ACTION
Remember you need to take action to receive what it is you want. If it is a new relationship be open to connecting with someone or organise a date. Alternatively, if it is to be healthy & you need to lose weight you have to start eating the right foods & exercising.
