The other reason could be that you have so much on your mind and you’re worrying about everything you need to do. If this is the case, you need to set aside an hour a week where you address the topics you’re worried about. For example once you start worrying about something, write it down and know that you will deal with it from 2- 3pm every Tuesday. If at that time you cannot resolve the worry you need to contact a friend or an expert in the field you’re concerned about and ask for their assistance. Trust me this works! This is also a great time to connect with spirit if you do hear them at night. I used to worry about everything, from what I was cooking friends for dinner (2 weeks before they were coming) to what I was wearing to a function. It did nothing but stress me & my family out and cause me unhappiness. “Worrying is like sitting in a rocking chair. It gives you something to do but it doesn't get you anywhere.”
In order to assist in a good night’s sleep consider listening to a guided meditation. Simply go to You Tube and search for "guided sleep meditations", there are hundreds to choose from. Research was conducted with insomniacs and studies found that 75% who started a daily meditation program were able to fall asleep within 20 minutes of going to bed. The proof is here, if you hear spirits be firm and tell them to leave you alone and you will talk to them at a later date, take time out to address your worries, just an hour a week and do a guided meditation and gain back control and most importantly enjoy a good night’s sleep.
